Happy Returns Announces Partnership With BVA

Happy Returns, the return solution provider recently acquired by PayPal, announced today a new partnership with BVA, the leading commerce agency to launch and grow direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands on Shopify Plus.

“We’re incredibly excited to partner with BVA, one of the top Shopify Plus agencies in the world. Together, we are committed to helping leading Shopify brands grow, thrive, and delight shoppers with our combined services.” - Chris Schwager, Partnerships Manager, Happy Returns by PayPal

Happy Returns by PayPal offers online shoppers access to easier ways to send back online returns and exchanges to retailers without having to box it up and ship it themselves.

With more than 3,800 drop-off returns locations in the U.S. and its ability to combine software and reverse logistic capabilities, Happy Returns is already one of the leading return solutions for many DTC brands such as: Levi’s, Rothy’s, Gymshark, and Everlane.

In 2020, Happy Returns was highlighted by Gartner in their “2020 Cool Vendors in Retail: Meeting Basic Customer Expectations Is More Important Than Ever” report.

Since its creation in 2013, BVA has launched more than 200 brands on Shopify and has helped DTC leaders such as Rebecca Minkoff, Tommy John, Chubbies, Native (P&G), RedBull and UNTUCKit grow on the platform.

“Returns have always been an important part of retail but the pandemic has very much accelerated the need for more streamlined and convenient return experiences. We believe mastering returns will give BVA customers an additional edge in acquiring and retaining customers.” - Cecile Nicholson, Partner Account Manager, BVA

With joint customers like Carbon38, Draper James, and WearPact, BVA and Happy Returns will continue working together in their mission to grow DTC brands and make consumers' lives easier by solving returns.
